The 2016 Canadian Public Sector Lean Summit will be hosted in Fredericton, New Brunswick from April 17 to 19, 2016 at the Fredericton Convention Centre. This event will bring together a network of public sector individuals, organizations, and companies from across Canada. The theme is “Building Resilient and Sustainable Communities Using Lean Six Sigma and Asset Management”.
The summit showcases the latest innovations and continuous improvement principles in government. Participants will interact with keynote speakers, subject matter experts, and fellow practitioners to find out how Lean Six Sigma and innovative asset management practices have made a positive change in organizational culture, service delivery, and the bottom line.
