Asset performance deterioration models are a critical input for asset management planning. However, this data-intensive exercise has been greatly hindered by lack of quality condition data, which can be further traced down to the lack of consistent data collection standards and protocols. In this webinar, Dr. Arnold Yuan will share the initial findings of his research team from a recent project funded by Infrastructure Canada on asset condition data collection and deterioration modeling.

The panel discussion will focus will be on asset condition data collection and deterioration modeling. The session will also feature a short breakout discussion to explore existing practices in condition data collection and performance assessment, specifically concerning bridges, pavements, and sewers.
