Katie Geoghegan is an asset management specialist with a long-time focus in local government infrastructure planning, decision-making and delivery. She brings lived experience in developing AM programs working in and for the public and energy sectors in asset-intensive organizations. Katie’s passion is in developing effective governance, processes, information, and team member capabilities in asset management. Katie served on the CNAM Board from 2016 until 2022, and is now a past Chair for the organization. Most recently, she has moved to healthcare leading a team responsible for asset planning, risk management, quality management and technical standards for facilities.
