June Knowledge Pod Event – Proposed Levels of Service

Join us for an informative and interactive virtual networking event hosted by the CNAM Membership Committee on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT.

Michael Ajibaye, Manager, Asset Management Office of the Niagara Region will be the moderator for this Virtual Networking Event.

Theme: Proposed Levels of Service

This event will feature a deep dive into the proposed levels of service framework. Hear from multiple speakers from across Canada and gain valuable insights on:

 – Overview of the difference between desired/proposed and current LOS. Provide an overview in translating the current service metrics into desired/proposed service targets(PLOS) levels.

– Strategies for developing achievable and realistic desired/proposed LOS. Assessment of desired/proposed LOS affordability.

– Setting LOS targets; how to develop and present levels of service forecast and high-level financial impact analysis.

– How to ensure alignment with other strategic plans/documents that identify the level of service targets, and the importance of linking the proposed level of service to the lifecycle management strategy.
