Larissa Johnston is pleased to join the CNAM team, providing  association management support and conference services for CNAM. The team is excited to help CNAM navigate their continued growth.

Larissa is a dedicated and focused professional who excels at member and volunteer relations, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and following through to achieve project goals. With 7+ years in the industry, Larissa is an expert at providing support and guidance to the volunteer boards of directors that she works with. Leading special projects and helping groups to attain and surpass their association mandates is what she does best. Larissa thrives in a fast paced environment and is energized by the constantly innovating nature of professional associations.

Larissa studied at McMaster University where she graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in the Cognitive Science of Language and a Bachelor of Arts in French.

Larissa lives in Kingston, Ontario with her husband Ryan and their children Colton, Cameron and Briar. Outside of work she enjoys making elaborate dinners, hiking and spending time in nature with her family, and reading to relax.
