Patrick Kelly is a proud graduate of the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Kelly is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Services with the Township of Wilmot. With over 15 years of progressive experience in the Public Sector, Patrick has participated on various cross-functional teams to find unique solutions to complex fiscal challenges. He has co-championed the establishment of a corporate culture committed to holistic Asset Management and is a valued member of Wilmot’s Corporate Leadership Team, specializing in asset management, corporate procurement, strategy and financial reporting.
